National Heritage Day is around the corner, and we are hosting the most amazing open-air Ox roast feast in front of Boschendal’s historic Rhone Homestead, which boasts the largest Heritage Rose garden in South Africa.
Picture a long table under the oak trees, groaning with incredible harvest style delicacies. Picture our diligent chefs preparing incredible side dishes, mostly over open fires. Picture one of our home raised, pasture fed Angus oxen slow roasting on a spit over a bed of coals. Sounds utterly delicious, doesn’t it? So bring your family and join us.
Enjoy platters heaped with seasonal farm produce, great wine including some new Boschendal releases, and a festive atmosphere with brilliant live entertainment from Slow Jack.
The lunch is available for 250 guests, with only limited seats available, so book your spot now.
The event is set up as a shared long table, so please let us know when you are a group but booking separately so we can seat you together.
